Answer: Absolutely. History repeats itself. Historically, real estate doubles every 17 years. In the last 10 years, it has tripled. Yes, it will have small pauses, corrections. If you look at the corrections that were made in the United States, the losses are already 100% recovered, and the market is on the rise. Therefore, in the medium long term range, it will definitely go up. So those who expect a crash in Canada, it will not happen. Period!
