Originally from La Prairie, a small town on the south shore of Montreal, from a Latin-afro-American mother and a Quebecois father, Alexandra is an athlete at heart. She has competed in cheerleading for 6 years and she went to the World Championship in Florida in 2014 which explains her real motivation and sense of competition when she embarks on something she is passionate about.
As a child and teenager, she was always interested in real estate, home staging and renovation shows. Being a real estate broker allows her to bring out her sociable, competitive side and also to do what she is really passionate about every day.
In 2021, at the age of 22, Alexandra obtained her residential real estate license. She was able to get a glimpse of the resale world during the most difficult markets and decided to make the leap to selling new projects with McGill Real Estate in order to be surrounded by the best brokers and mentors in the business!
Fluent in French and English, Alexandra Lee Heppell is also a member of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) and the Association professionnelle des courtiers immobiliers du Québec (APCIQ). Alexandre Lee Heppell, Residential Real Estate Broker, Montreal.
