Benoit Sansoucy is driven by the idea of making a difference and of being fully dedicated to projects he is working on to ensure their growth. He believes in respectful relationships, in a work well done and in defining clear objectives to achieve successful results.
An active member in the business world since 2007, he carried out a great number of commercial transactions. His experience is notable in the sale of income properties of all kinds and vacant or to redevelop lands.
He is also an administrator on the board of directors of Centris and the Collège de l’immobilier, two companies under the umbrella of the Quebec Professional Association of Real Estate Brokers (QPAREB). He was also, from 2014 to 2019 a member on the Commercial Committee, and in 2020 a member of the Professional Practices Committee.
He values self-development a lot. During his career, he took part in many trainings that he deemed necessary to his professional progress at renowned institutions and organizations such as l’École d’Entrepreneurship de Beauce, the HEC and Concordia University.
He is a professional airplane pilot having an airline license and on a more personal note, he sponsors two boys through the Big Brothers and Big Sisters Organization since many years. He is also an avid golfer who enjoys practicing his sport at the prestigious Pinegrove Country Club on the South Shore of Montreal.
Benoit has a great ability to adapt to any situation. Whether piloting an airplane or dealing with a business transaction, Benoit is committed to leave nothing to chance.
