Nelson Farias was born in Brazil. He completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance Management at the University of Goldey-Beacom in Delaware, USA.

Nelson moved to France during his childhood where he learnt to be fluent in French. He then was awarded a soccer scholarship to study at the University of Goldey-Beacom in the United States, where he completed his bachelor’s degree before moving to Montreal.
Nelson’s understanding of the real estate market stems from both his studies in finance and his experience in his own investments properties. As an investor himself it would be a pleasure for him to help you build your real estate investment portfolio or assist you on any real estate transaction..

Nelson Farias holds a broker’s license from the “Collège de l’immobilier du Québec” and is also a member of the ” Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec” (OACIQ) and of the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board(CIGM).
