Yi is a Chinese real estate broker who has been operating for 4 years under the world renown Engel & Völkers’ real estate agency, where he already holds the impressive President’s Circle and awarded Top 25 in numbers of transactions in 2018. He has closed over 200 transactions within these 4 years, and built a client database of more than 4,000 clients.

Born in China, and raised in Canada, Yi studied in all three of Chinese, French and English schools. As a result of this, he fluently speaks three languages: Mandarin (Chinese), French and English. His studies in International Business at the University level, and his several work experiences linked to real estate, make him the optimal ally to take along on any real estate journey.

Yi specializes in the sale of new real estate projects, such as condominiums. He also specializes in the acquisition and the resale of properties, mainly of luxury properties and investment properties. He acquired this specialization working essentially with international buyers, more specifically Chinese buyers. These buyers are divided in three categories: locals, operating from China, and immigrating to Montreal within the next couple of years. Yi also works closely with investment funds managers (local and international), builders and developers, multidisciplinary firms, and immigration firms.

Having both Chinese and Canadian cultures makes Yi more visible in Montreal, among buyers of these two nationalities. He comprehends the Chinese culture, therefore, is able to target buyers and reach out to them properly. This visibility creates added opportunities for the sale of your property by targeting, among others, the Chinese community and its ever growing number of buyers.

Yi is definitely a wise choice if you are looking for a real estate professional. All of his clients agree on the fact that Yi is trustworthy, hard-working, and possesses more real estate knowledge than what is necessary to be working in his field.
