What is considered a good condo project?

Question: Patrice, what is considered a good project?

Answer:

A good project is the perfect balance between a great location, a good architecture, good quality finishing, a good “flow” but especially a good price.

Often in life, there are no bad projects per se but there are bad prices. If you take for example a project that does not have a good location, if the price decreases considerably, this project can too become interesting!
