Daniel Simms was born and raised in Montreal and his family has been involved in real estate for three generations. He is passionate about architecture and design.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Concordia University and ran a successful post production company for years dealing with major distributors, but yielded to his true calling to continue in his family footsteps of being involved in real estate. He also has formal training in carpentry, giving him profound knowledge of the elements that make up the construction of a building, which is much appreciated by his clients when evaluating the condition of properties and various associated costs.

Daniel specializes in resale where his skill-set and knowledge of the city allow him to find the perfect match for his clients. His background in film and design, his keen eye and attention to detail are great assets for home staging and marketing properties – making them look their very best.
