Debby Doktorczyk, president & certified real estate broker

Debby Doktorczyk was born in Europe and grew up in the Antwerp, Belgium – the diamond capital of the world. She graduated in Advanced Project Management from McGill University in Montreal, Interior Design from the Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels and then built upon her knowledge by graduating in Interior Design from the International Academy of Design in Montreal. Ms. Doktorczyk also holds a Quebec Real Estate Agent degree and a chartered real estate broker’s  degree from the Collège de l’immobilier du Québec.

Debby Doktorczyk is a member of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) and the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board (CIGM). Ms. Doktorczyk has also been the owner of a renovation company and a diamond distribution company for many years.

Ana Duque, real estate broker

Ana was born & raised in Colombia, South America where she got her bachelors’ degree in architecture before coming to Canada to complete her education in Media Design.

She focused on the marketing aspect of residential developments in Montreal. She is involved in the sales of new, high-end developments in Montreal’s renowned Old-Port & NDG districts with great success and has also developed a career in the realm of resale homes striving to find the perfect property for every client and making the buying and selling process as painless as possible.

Her training in architecture and her savviness in design, along with her sales experience and rich cultural background are great assets in the real estate world. Ana is fluent in three languages (English, French & Spanish).

Anouk Doktorczyk, real estate broker

Anouk Doktorczyk was born in Europe. Living a few years between Brussels, Paris and Tel-Aviv gave her a natural sense for architecture. Sébastien Cordeau, real estate broker

Sébastien Cordeau is a Montrealers from a family of real estate investors and has supervised several major home improvement projects. After spending several years at one of the largest global distributors, Sébastien is an experienced Sales Representative, with a solid background in Industrial and Electrical distribution. Annie-Pier Gorup, real estate broker

Annie-Pier lived in Quebec and Ontario, but it is in the West Island of Montreal that she has spent most of her years. Her real estate career began in the heart of the city as part of a sales team for a high end condominium development. Since, she contributed to the great success of Cité Nature’s phase 1 and phase 2. Her expertise, her energy, and her passion for living spaces positions Annie-Pier as an outstanding candidate in the field of sale/resale as well as real estate project sales.

Karim Ben Rhouma was born in Paris and has a Tunisian background. He has lived in numerous countries and detains a master’s degree in International Affairs. Silviu was born in Romania and lived several years in Paris where he graduated in Science. He also holds a degree in Computer Science Technology and Project Management obtained in Montreal. Daniel Simms was born and raised in Montreal and his family has been involved in real estate for three generations. He is passionate about architecture and design.
