Patrice Groleau holds a Commercial Real Estate degree from MIT – Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a graduate degree in Real Estate Management from Harvard University, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Université du Québec à Montréal, a graduate degree in Entrepreneurship from Université de Sherbrooke, and Advanced Project Management from McGill University in Montreal. He also holds a license in Risk Management from the Université du Québec à Montréal, a license in Securities Trading in Canada from the Canadian Securities Institute, as well as having obtained the diplomas of Real Estate Agent from the Collège de l’immobilier du Québec, and of Chartered Real Estate Broker & Agency Director from the Collège de l’immobilier du Québec.

He is a member of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) and the Greater Montréal Real Estate Board (GMREB). Mr. Groleau also sits on the Board of Directors of the CHUM Foundation and is a major donor to the CHUM Foundation and the CHU SAINTE-JUSTINE Foundation.
