McGILL IMMOBILIER, represents 50% of all NEW CONDOS today in the greater Montreal area*… 12,500 CONDOS… 5 BILLION $ (yes 5,000,000,000$!)… The global luxury giant ENGEL & VOLKERS is now the #1 specialized real estate agency IN QUEBEC* among all luxury real estate agencies… 11 real estate shops strategically positioned in the province and BILLIONS IN TERMS OF SALES VOLUME.

Unfortunately we have created an illusion of ease and profitability. Today, I see several real estate brokers or investment funds opening real estate agencies with only financial objectives in mind… Unfortunately, they do not see the 20 YEARS OF RISK (It is estimated that 37 of the 40 agencies from the “McGILL” period have closed, shown losses or have had an anemic performance)… +100,000 HOURS OF WORK… MILLIONS AND SEVERAL $ IN INVESTMENTS directly into agencies and MILLIONS AND MILLIONS IN REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS etc.

In short, everything Debby and I put into building our two specialty real estate agencies… a RATIO RISQUE / OUTCOME that would have scared off any remotely intelligent investor. You ask why? We are driven BY PASSION… it starts very early every morning and ends very late at night and that’s 7 days a week…… WE ARE CONSTANTLY LEARNING… because no one is calculating the thousands of hours spent in school… In the midst of the pandemic we, Debby and I, completed our graduate studies at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology: MIT! .
