McGill Real Estate – 1 out of 4 new condos in Montreal
The undisputed leader specialized in the sales and marketing of projects, has yet reached another milestone in terms of its spectacular growth. McGill Real Estate currently represents 25 % of new condos across Montreal according to Group Altus’ latest statistics. The McGill Real Estate Agency works differently than current traditional Quebec real estate agency models. While the majority of agencies have a recruitment approach based on volume, McGill Real Estate opts for quality rather than quantity, with one of the most strictest selection processes in the industry, in terms of brokers and developers seeking a business partnership. Indeed, out of hundreds of resumes, only a fraction will have the privilege to get a coveted position. The same goes for developers who submit their projects for analysis: only the potentially best projects will be retained. ” We are the only agency to let go of brokers and refuse projects which do not meet our strict requirements and criteria , “says Patrice Groleau, business owner, with his wife and associate Debby Doktorczyk . “We always wanted to be more of a Boutique-style specialty store rather than a large surface department store. McGill Real Estate is a full service consulting agency for real estate developers who are just beginning as well as leaders in the industry but also for our projects’ clientele.” specifies Mrs. Doktorczyk. The couple reminds us that an agency specialized in projects cannot be created spontaneously or without a proper plan, because it is potentially the most difficult sector within the real estate industry. Failure is more common than success for both developers and projects brokers. With nearly 50 brokers specialized in condo sales and a dedicated support team, selling projects at McGill Real Estate is a passion.
